What’s included
What do I get with my Jambo registration
Most importantly camping on site for 5 nights, Thursday the 1st of October 2015 through to Monday the 5th of October 2015. The campsite offers something for everyone with room for caravans and campers or if you prefer bush camping, all just a short walk from the amenities and on site activities. There will also be food and cold drinks for sale on site at breakfast and dinner along with hot coffee, tea and other drinks and snacks available.
Your ticket also includes the Saturday evening meal, if you attended the 2012 Jamboree you’ll be happy to know we have the team on the spit roast back again with plenty of food for everyone including salads and deserts. This is a great opportunity for all the Jeepers to get together, have a meal and brag about their day on the trails and compare videos, pics and stories. They’ll also be raffles, trophies and prizes, so make sure you meet up with us all in the marque every evening for a review of the day and details on the following days activities.
Plenty of Toilets and Showers, always a good thing when camping. With hot showers you can clean up after a day of wheelin’ and nobody will even know that you may (or may not have) had to wade through creeks or get knee deep in mud on the on site track, to get your jeep unstuck.
Access to some of the best and most picturesque tracks in the country from tourist trips to ‘A’ grade trips. With the bush right on the doorstep of the site you can be on some of the tracks without even hitting the tar and of course we’ll take you on the best of them. Trips will be run daily with the closest tracks starting right at the campsite, so from jeep to trails it’s just meters. If you haven’t been to the area before then maybe go see some of the sights with something for all the family. Jenolan caves and the Blue Mountains are close by, along with the towns of Lithgow, Bathurst and Katoomba.
On site events, competitions and entertainment with something for everyone, including our popular on-site track, with new and improved obstacles and the ever popular travel ramp where you can stretch your Jeeps legs and not only compete for bragging rights but also the king of the ramp trophy.
As an added bonus you’ll also receive a digital subscription to Jeep Action magazine if you sign up now, that’s 6 issues of Jeep Action available to view online. It’s a great read and will help you get your Jeepin’ fix for the rest of the year and in the build up to the Jambo.
As you can see there is plenty to do and see at a Jambo, so don’t miss out, go register and get your Jeep ready for October
